a mixed experience , sadly
broken air-conditioning apathetic staff
i encountered a couple of problems . the air conditioning struggled to cool the room below 22 degrees , despite reporting it multiple times. staff were polite , BUT nobody seemed able to resolve the issue. this.

decent stay, some drawbacks

The location is very convenient. maya mall and one nimman shopping mall are within walking distance. We found this to be a great advantage. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. there were thai, chinese, vietnamese, korean, japanese, and american options available.
The room was quite noisy in the morning. i believe the housekeeping area was on the wall opposite my room. It created a lot of disturbance. the air conditioning in the room made a metal clacking noise. also, there was almost no light in the shower area.
