the staff are always greeting me, asking about my day, and that felt warm. the pool and beach are pristine, everything looks so clean. our room, it feels so comfortable, i just melt into the soundproof walls and sink into the comfy bed.
i found the pricing for certain items to be surprisingly high, like a small bottle of water.

The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes, a nice touch for staying active, even on vacation. there is also a pool area and beach. All are clean and so peaceful.
