polite staff smooth check-out weak wi-fi small bathroom
this place, wow! location is super convenient, specially if you get early flights. the staffs are very courteous, and always ready to help, i just loved that. check in and check out was smooth.
the wifi isnt great and only let you connect two devices, not enough in these days. the bathroom was small, my hubby is big, he had a hard time.

efficient check-in well kept room tasty option attentive staff
I appreciated the hotel's prompt and efficient check-in. The room was well kept with good amenities available. The breakfast buffet provided a range of tasty options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. The staff were generally attentive and responsive to requests!
The hallway noise was audible from my room at times.

underwhelming stay near the airport
small room poor air conditioning
the staff were helpful and quick with requests.
The room was quite small and felt cramped, especially with luggage. i was also bothered by the noise. I could hear conversations and hallway activity easily. the air conditioning barely worked, it made sleeping difficult, i seemed like i was just in front of a fan

mixed feelings about airport hotel
uncomfortable bed poor sound insulation
the staff were cute and friendly.
The bed was uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on a plank of wood (a definite issue after a long flight). there was virtually no sound insulation in the room, so i heard doors slamming and lifts dinging all night, difficult to rest. the sink was also dirty upon arrival. I expected better for the price i paid.

convenient location spacious room helpful receptionist prompt service
The location was quite convenient (close to the airport and metro). i found the room to be spacious and well equipped with amenities. manish at reception was very helpful. He accommodated my requests efficiently. the breakfast buffet had diverse options, i liked the south indian dishes. chhotu khan from housekeeping provided prompt and friendly service.
The gym was a bit small. It had only a few pieces of equipment, crowded during peak hours.

a decent stay overall
cozy room breakfast spread ideal location hard floor noise issue stone floor
i found the room to be quite cozy. the breakfast spread was extensive, with a good variety of options. the location was also ideal for my business trip.
i noticed some areas need improvement. the hard laminate floors in the rooms created noise issues. i could hear every trundler being moved at all hours. the corridors had stone floors.

clean room great housekeeping helpful staff
the room was super clean. housekeeping services, i tell you, were excellent! the staff helped us big time with our luggage. access from the airport, it's super great!
i noticed laminate floors are hard, and that meant i hear every trundler being moved.
