this place, wow! location is super convenient, specially if you get early flights. the staffs are very courteous, and always ready to help, i just loved that. check in and check out was smooth.

the wifi isnt great and only let you connect two devices, not enough in these days. the bathroom was small, my hubby is big, he had a hard time.

The room was quite small and felt cramped, especially with luggage. i was also bothered by the noise. I could hear conversations and hallway activity easily. the air conditioning barely worked, it made sleeping difficult, i seemed like i was just in front of a fan

mixed feelings about airport hotel

the staff were cute and friendly.

The bed was uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on a plank of wood (a definite issue after a long flight). there was virtually no sound insulation in the room, so i heard doors slamming and lifts dinging all night, difficult to rest. the sink was also dirty upon arrival. I expected better for the price i paid.

The location was quite convenient (close to the airport and metro). i found the room to be spacious and well equipped with amenities. manish at reception was very helpful. He accommodated my requests efficiently. the breakfast buffet had diverse options, i liked the south indian dishes. chhotu khan from housekeeping provided prompt and friendly service.

The gym was a bit small. It had only a few pieces of equipment, crowded during peak hours.
