Acceptable, but some issues

The room was clean upon arrival (i appreciate cleanliness).
The provided breakfast was quite disappointing. It consisted of dry biscuits of questionable quality. Instant coffee was also provided, as well as porridge requiring dilution in boiling water.

I loved that the room felt very warm. The bedding looked high quality. I thought the bathroom was large and very clean.
The hardwood floors made some noise when other guests walked in the corridor.
