The doorman Peter was very friendly! He always greeted my family whenever we came or left the hotel. The location is central to places like Bolyston Street and Commonwealth Avenue.
The room was dated and worn down. The bathroom needed updating. There was no mini bar or in-room coffee.

the hotel location is convenient to many walkable places. i found complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby every morning. beds were comfortable with amazing pillows.
the air conditioning was too strong and i was unable to adjust it. the laundry service lost my washing. the staff did not apologize initially but later located it.
