small window missing safe
The room was not what I expected. A small window offered limited light, and a safe was missing. The bathroom door stuck. I found only a shower curtain, not a proper screen. THERE wasn't much space in the closet either.

the hotel had a coffee and tea station in the lobby. it offered water bottle filling stations on each floor. a guest request closet provided forgotten items like toothpaste.
The room lacked a mini-fridge. there was no luggage rack available. wi-fi required no password. It was an unsecured public network.

the hotel location is really convenient (easy to get around). the staff was helpful. the room was clean and tidy.
the common areas were quite small. i found the toilet in the bathroom to be small and uncomfortable. the price felt high for the hotel quality.

easy access clean room helpful staff
the location provided easy access to many attractions, so i walked to several historical sites and restaurants. i appreciated the clean room i had upon arrival. the staff was helpful with directions, though the area was walkable.
the tv remote did not work the first night, but maintenance fixed it the next day.
