a decent apartment

the apartment was very clean it had everything i needed. the staff was friendly and helpful they carried my bag up the stairs for me.
the room was smaller than i expected i thought it had a couch. there were no condiments like salt or pepper provided i would have liked more closet space.

The location worked very well, within walking distance to many attractions. The suite was smallish, but it contained everything I needed for my stay. It featured real plants and lovely decorations. The suite was also very quiet, contributing to a relaxing experience.
During room reservation it wasn't mentioned anywhere I will get a room at the street level in a building quite far away from the main reception, I mean like two streets away. I had a heavy suitcase and my Uber was gone by the time I checked in. If I knew all of that while making reservation I'd choose some other place.

The location suited me well, with an easy walk to back bay station. morning walks were a highlight, improved with the nearby dog park and flower blooms. the kitchenette in the room allowed me to prepare tea and heat meals easily. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. They proactively confirmed my arrival time.
The lack of dressers in the room proved inconvenient. I had to manage my clothing directly from my suitcase, which wasn't ideal for a longer stay.
