Wonderful Stay Near the Waterfront

My stay had a nice harbor proximity. I walked to the waterfront easily. The room had updated decorations. The bathroom seemed particularly spacious. I found very good service at the front desk. Valet staff even remembered me. It was nice.

The room was supposed to have a fridge. I specifically requested it, but surprise! there weren't any available. My leftovers went bad, a real treat.

the check in experience was positive. jalycia provided me with an upgrade to a room with a view. dorothy and manny were helpful too, giving great restaurant recommendations nearby. i would consider returning again.

the tv did not work. i had to wait for a technician, but nobody came to fix it. the bed cover was dirty when i got into the room, and i asked housekeeping to change it. the shower was also dirty, with face imprints on the glass.
