large veranda sound dampening food options
The room was clean. It was a superior room single. I had a rather large veranda, a real bonus. The street below could be boisterous, but it was high-enough to be mostly unobtrusive. Good sound-dampening existed on both door and window openings. The location is good. It is one block from SAN BERNARDO Metro-station. I found this area safe with lots of food options.
Breakfast was NOT a GREAT success due to the lack of variety in cereals.

dirty ventilation system thin walls
The staff was helpful during check-in. The process was acceptabble.
The ventilation system was dirty. Dust was visible on the vents, so I did not use the air conditioning. Walls were thin. I could hear conversations from other rooms, which prevented me from resting well. The mattress was also uncomfortable and too soft.

poor sound insulation needed refurbishment
the location of the hotel is great it has easy access to the subway station.
the sound insulation between rooms is not good, i could hear noises from the other rooms. the hotel needs a refurbishment.
