The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). Dineth at the omelette station made lovely omelettes each morning. Arnel and Oscar were friendly and cute.

The room service menu had small print that included a 50% surcharge.

the pool was very clean, and the sauna provided great relaxation (i really needed it!). the hotel's location was also very convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

i noticed a couple of things i wasn't totally charmed with. the gym was too warm, and this made my workout less enjoyable. I experienced some delays.
