adequate stay overall
friendly staff good location dated room glue smell
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was good, close to many shops and attractions. the room was clean and of a lovely size. there was also a great video installation in the lobby bar.
the room i stayed in felt a bit dated. there was also a strong smell of glue in the corridor. this was due to workmen being on the floor where i was staying and some doors to rooms were left open.

The front desk was efficient at check-in. my room matched the photos online perfectly. its location is great. It is close to everything.
The main letdown were the security staff. One was very loud when my wife sat next to me briefly. the view from my room was not excellent for the money i paid. the experience was just okay. I expected better for the cost.

efficient concierge great cocktails refreshing cocktail
I found the spa facilities provided a fantastic way to freshen up after arrival. The concierge service efficiently handled my luggage. It was very refreshing.
i found that the hotel room decor seemed a bit tired and could benefit from some updating.

strategic location clean room staff service unavailable room small room disturbing noise
The location is pretty strategic. The room was clean. Staff service was excellent.
I booked a twin room, it was unavailable at check-in. The room offered as an alternative was small. The noise from cars was disturbing.
