the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was good, close to many shops and attractions. the room was clean and of a lovely size. there was also a great video installation in the lobby bar.
the room i stayed in felt a bit dated. there was also a strong smell of glue in the corridor. this was due to workmen being on the floor where i was staying and some doors to rooms were left open.

The main letdown were the security staff. One was very loud when my wife sat next to me briefly. the view from my room was not excellent for the money i paid. the experience was just okay. I expected better for the cost.
