Excellent Stay at a Beautiful Hotel

The hotel is on the bus route to the Super Morzine Gondola. This bus goes to lifts in the village. A short walk from the entrance gets you into town. Staff accommodated my early arrival. I saw they have ski hire on site.
The pool and sauna hours were limited. They opened late in the afternoon. I wanted to use them earlier in the day after skiing.

The breakfast offered good fuel for the day. There was good variety. I ate in the restaurant two evenings and the food was excellent. The hotel bar has a very chilled vibe.

I found the staff friendly and accommodating . The breakfast had a wonderful selection, offering lots of choices to fuel up for the day. My room had an excellent shower, which I appreciated after a day of outdoor activities.
The church BELL nearby rings hourly. It continues through daytime only.

The hotel lounge had a cute atmosphere. i appreciated having ski hire directly at the hotel. It saved me time. breakfast offered good variety. I found many choices. the staff demonstrated friendliness and efficiency, showing great care. i felt well looked after.

the staff were really friendly plus they accommodated my early arrival and later departure without any hassle i love that! i could buy ski passes for the village at reception too. my room was perfect with good mattresses, nice pillows and an excellent shower. the bar is super chilled and breakfast fueled me up for the day's skiing
i think they could improve the pool and sauna opening times. it's only open from 4pm so you cannot use them during the day. i really wanted a morning swim to start my day right

The bus stop is right outside , it goes to the Super Gondola. The walk into town only takes a few minutes from the entrance. I found I could buy ski passes right at the reception , which was convenient.
The pool and sauna do not open until late afternoon , I wanted to use them earlier.
