Delighted Stay at Atria-Crozats
good apartment size relaxing sauna room helpful staff handy ski
i found the apartment size quite good for our family. the sauna room was a great way to relax after skiing. i found the staff helpful and accommodating with all our requests. it was handy to ski directly from the apartment, saving much time each day.
the supply of toilet rolls was limited, this did require an extra purchase.

the apartment offered enough space with a functional layout. it included a balcony perfect to admire the surroundings. the room temperature control was effective and easy to use for consistent comfort.

the ski locker room provided direct access to the slopes, a great convenience. laundry facilities were easily accessible and simple to operate. the reception desk managed services well and provided assistance .

mountain view comfortable bedroom easy snow access cramped apartment non existent service furniture placement
The apartment had a great view of the mountains. it was easy to get onto the snow. I loved that. the bedroom was nice. It was comfortable.
Our 1 bedroom apartment was very cramped. I think. when the pull out bed was out, there was nowhere to put the furniture, so we resorted to putting it on the balcony. customer service is non existent, i was frustrated with that.

Handy Base for Skiing
free transportation bed linen dishwasher tablets small box
This was my second visit to the same hotel. It is a great place for families. The staff gave a ticket for free transportation to the hotel. Bed linen was in the apartment and I made up the beds. A small box contained dishwasher tablets, but no tea, coffee, salt, or pepper.
One slight negative fact is that there was no chopping board in the kitchenette. The apartment felt more like a hostel. It definitely wasn't the expensive flat I expected.

The location is great, the hotel offering easy ski in and ski out access to the slopes. There is a ski hire shop close to the hotel, quite useful. Beautiful mountain views are visible from many points.
