The gym offers a variety of equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet featured an omelet station and fresh fruit. The staff at the front desk were quick to address requests.

the room included a king-size bed. it had ample space and offered a comfortable stay. breakfast provided many choices, including fresh fruit and hot dishes. the staff was very supportive and always available.
the furniture looked slightly worn.
