short walk free shuttle warm pool
the location is great , allowing a short walk to rainbow street. the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the boulevard , located right outside the shopping mall, starting from 4pm. the spa was wonderful , offering a warm indoor pool and separate jacuzzi , along with steam and sauna facilities included.

A Truly Wonderful Stay!

My experience was fantastic . I recommend opting for a room with Club access, it adds an extra layer of luxury. The staff members, Lujain and Natalie, were AMAZING!!! They met all my needs. Their professionalism and friendliness.
The outdoor pool was closed possibly due to Ramadan. The room was on the dark side. There was a lot of dust, and I really thought that it could have been better cleaned.

fruit station separate sinks free shuttle
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit station! The room had two separate sinks, convenient. The free shuttle service to the Boulevard was very helpful!
The gym only had two treadmills and one stationary bike.
