Feras at check-in was very kind!!! Sulaiman from Housekeeping did his job with care. The lifeguard gave mud and salt with a smile. The check-out manager extended my check-out time. The restaurant staff were super friendly and the food was AMAZING!!! The pools sparkled and were so clean.

My room was mostly fine. the mini bar only contained soda and water.

The hotel had beautiful pools and surroundings. It was right on the Dead Sea with a beach. The spa included huge pools and was relaxing.

the resort includes many amenities. the staff on the beach were really amazing.

part of the fact that the pillows duvets and towels really need to get upgrade. my last two nights were sleepless unfortunately because despite the hotel being almost empty the reception decided to surround my room with large family.
