Acceptable Stay but Several Issues

The location was central to the train station.
The bathroom had a lot of mold on the ceiling and the shower head was broken. I could not stand directly under it. The front desk person was a bit rude about taking my backpack.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was good, with a decent selection. the location was convenient, right across from the train station. restaurants and a supermarket were nearby.
my room faced the station and it was noisy. the balcony doors did not fully seal. i could hear traffic and sirens.
