the food was good and the staff were efficient.
The lack of wifi in the rooms was annoying, especially since i had no phone coverage. I couldn't connect to anything. plus, not being able to use the lounge area until 9am meant i had nowhere to work before then.

the comfortable king size bed included hotel quality linen, offering a restful sleep. the inn had a roaring log fire and friendly staff. i particularly appreciated finding an ice bucket with prosecco and a snack upon my return after my first day.
i noticed a very limited menu , which restricted the dining options.

The bar staff was attentive. the breakfast service included plentiful options. the team instilled customer service values. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

we booked a superior king room for one night. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. the shower was fantastic and the staff were very friendly (they couldn't do enough).
the location was next to a very busy road. the menu had limited options. the door was stiff and hard to lock.

i felt very welcome. the room we had was lovely and comfortable. it was also the most private room located at the back. breakfast was great, i liked it very much.
