the rooms are always very clean. they are well decorated. super nice team. i liked that the hotel was close to the station. it was only a short walk.
the bathroom was a disgrace, it was tiny. the steam from the shower stayed there all day. juices seemed to be from concentrate. pastries were dry.

the location was excellent because it was a short walk from the train station. the room upgrade provided ample space including a kitchenette. i also found the bathtub in the bathroom to be a welcome addition.
it was disruptive throughout the day and night.

my room included a mini fridge i used for drinks. the hotel provided complimentary public transport passes which i found helpful. i appreciated the proximity to both the train station and the lake i walked to often.
my room did not have air conditioning despite this being advertised. the receptionist explained that the owners had disabled it which was disappointing. the room became quite warm at night making sleep difficult.

the front desk staff was really friendly! they give me good tips. i really liked the area the hotel was in. the neighborhood actually turned out to be one of the best parts of the stay.
Serious mold in bathroom is unacceptable. breakfast used to be a strong point but i couldn't eat the eggs. It was so bad.
