The hotel has a regular airport shuttle. Check-in was easy, and the room was a good size. The room was clean (a real plus!). The staff at the reception were very cordial. They anticipated my needs and provided guidance making my stay easier.

I found the air conditioning in the room inconsistent. Sometimes the room was very hot (this was a bit annoying).

The hotel is VERY close to the airport. It has a free shuttle bus. My room was well furnished and quiet. The bar offered a good selection of light meals.

The check-in desks were chaotic. Some doors were not in use. I think it was due to heavy rain. Entering and exiting the hotel was not easy. The fitness room was disappointing. It had limited equipment.

i was really surprised by the hotel's convenient airport shuttle, which runs frequently. the staff was friendly and helpful, even providing useful information about public transport. the room was well-sized with all necessary amenities provided, and i found the bed VERY comfortable.

the light controls in my room were somewhat unintuitive.
