the cleaning ladies are polite. a washing machine is available for use. i found the floor, window, and bathroom to be perfectly clean. the room had all the essential elements (i really appreciated that!). it included comfy beds, a safe, a working fridge and air con.

the insulation wasn't great. i consistently heard noise from the other rooms, especially when doors weren't fully closed, and it reverberated.

the staff was supportive. they allowed early check-in when i arrived tired. the cleaning service ensured the rooms were super clean daily. the availability of laundry facilities added convenience for longer stays.

Sweet Haven Close to EVERYTHING

The location was wonderful. I was SO close to the river and also Khao San Road. The breakfast included options i really appreciated. Staff members were helpful and kind and the value for money felt very good.

I noticed the rooms were a bit small. There wasn't much space to put my bags after checking in. The common areas shown in pictures looked slightly different compared to what i expected.

The room featured blackout curtains, and the bathroom included a super clean shower with consistently hot water. The floor was clean, as was the window, i noticed. Washing machine is available on the ground floor.

Breakfast offered a lovely menu, and the options tasted quite good though not VERY healthy. There is a cafe located conveniently near the hotel, and a 7/11 is just a short walk away. It provides easy access to snacks.

The hotel offered luggage storage which was very CONVENIENT. It is located inside a quiet alley, and it feels very safe. The pier is a short walk through Santichai Prakaran Park.

The staff was super friendly and cute, especially the young ladies doing room cleaning. They were very polite. The reception operates with a wonderful level of attentiveness. Early check-in was also accommodated, and i really appreciated that.

A Quiet Haven Close to the Heart

I found the staff very polite. They offered greetings. There was security at night, which I valued. The staff helped me with directions.

I could not get a second pillow. I had to sleep on a cheap single pillow, it was not ideal.

the location was convenient for exploring the city (i walked to many attractions). the staff were helpful with directions and transport. i found the rooms clean and well maintained. breakfast required payment but was well worth it.

the room felt a bit small with limited space around the bed.
