The location is great as it is just two stops from Euston station. The bus service right outside and the underground nearby made getting around easy (it was very convenient). The hotel is very clean and has a good restaurant inside. The staff was cute.

the team at this hotel surprised my wife and me with a lovely treat in our room for our anniversary! the food was delicious, and the staff were so kind and attentive. it was my first time visiting a hotel with this name, and i know we are already planning to return to their locations all over the world.
the location of this hotel is not optimal. you can reach the center by metro within a relatively short time. the neighborhood surrounding the hotel is not very inviting for an evening stroll and seems to need some maintenance.

I received an upgrade as a platinum elite member. i got access to happy hour and breakfast in the main restaurant since there is no executive lounge. the staff made a great first impression, being friendly and helpful. This made the arrival smooth.
the surrounding area did feel a bit dodgy at night, so i ended up using bolt during late hours.

the executive room i stayed in seemed recently renovated. l'occitane products were available in the bathroom, which i found to be well designed. the bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size.

the hotel is near several eating places and a tesco express. the kilburn park underground station is about a 6 minute walk. abbey road is approximately a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

the staff's kindness was amazing!!! upon arrival, the welcome at reception was nice, and the staff were always smiling. when i needed assistance, they were quick to respond and resolve any issues.

i stayed here for four nights and found the staff very helpful. the hotel provided a complimentary lounge area with drinks and snacks in the evening. the location near kilburn park station made exploring the city simple.
i found the gym being off-site a bit inconvenient because of the short walk to access it.
