The staff were friendly and helpful . The breakfast offered a nice variety of options. The suite garden view room was spacious, a plus.
The housekeeping could have been more attentive (i found some dust in corners). The air conditioning system seemed to have limited control. Road noise was noticeable, especially at night.

I found the staff genuinely caring and ready to help. They catered to my needs after my surgery. everything was perfect. breakfast was lovely. i really enjoyed seeing the sweet white cat that lives in the hotel.
the cleaning service was substandard. rooms were not cleaned adequately. i had to clean the room myself as it was not up to par.

The hotel is located a short walk from the beach. Beach towels are available, but i wish they were offered directly at the beach entrance.
