breakfast buffetnon-working refrigeratorstreet noise
the breakfast buffet was decent with many options.
i found a few issues . my room did not have a working refrigerator, quite inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks. the noise from the street was excessive, especially late at night, it significantly impacted my sleep quality. in addition, the in-room coffee machine leaked water all over the counter.

impressed with the experience!

high standardlocal attractionsadditional fee
the hotel was presentable with a high standard ambiance immediately upon entry. sophie at the welcome desk provided a fantastic first impression. she gave us tips about commuting, dining, and entertainment, and she detailed hotel features. i appreciated the map highlighting local attractions and the bus service schedule.
i found that the executive lounge did not provide value. the extra cost for this feature seemed unjustified. also, i had to pay an additional fee for parking.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel includes a gym and a swimming pool with sauna facilities. Complimentary towels and swim caps are available from reception. the gym and pool staff are very helpful. i found these amenities convenient and well-kept.
Location
10/10
the hotel is located within walking distance of the city centre and cultural attractions. a bus stop is conveniently located just outside. this provided easy access to shannon airport and other destinations. the location really enhanced my visit!!!

easy parking was available, and it was great it was free. the rooms were huge.
i found the food for the xmas party awful. my caesar salad was dry, had no sauce, and the salad was dead, like it had been sitting for days. i think they should update the rooms, as the shower door was loose.

EXCELLENT stay!

close locationcomfortable bedsworkout facility
The hotel is close to downtown. A bridge makes walking there simple. The room had very COMFORTABLE beds. There were many choices for breakfast. I used the workout facility, it had aerobic machines and weights.
The corridor WAS noisy at times. It disrupted the sleep schedule a bit.
Location
9/10
The hotel's location allows easy access to downtown. You can just walk across the bridge. This proximity made it convenient to explore several restaurants and attractions. I REALLY enjoyed the area near the river.
Service
10/10
The staff at the front desk were FRIENDLY and knowledgeable. They helped with directions and local recommendations. This. Every request was addressed promptly, and the overall atmosphere was cute.

Decent Stay with a Few Minor Issues

smooth check-incity vieweasy parkingloud musicindifferent stafflate night noise
The check-in process was smooth. Clodagh made it nice. I found the views of the city fine. The hotel also provided easy parking.
My room was near the event room. The loud music continued until 1:30. The front desk management seemed indifferent. I expected more attention to noise issues.
