inconvenient gym accessrushed cleaning
I found some aspects less than satisfactory. the gym access was inconvenient. i needed to walk through a public area and show my room key each time. the room cleaning also felt rushed. I noticed some surfaces were not properly dusted. it.

A happy stay

the room was clean and well kept. it has a large wardrobe for storage. the bed was firm. i like they provide robes in the room. the gym has a good range of equipment. i used the treadmill and stationary bike. the pool was clean. the water was a good temperature for swimming. the breakfast offer many choices. i enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. the restaurant team worked hard. they made sure everything was perfect. the hotel has great parking. the location is close to local attractions. i visited a nearby university and castle. these are both easily accessible by car from the hotel.
the hot water in the shower took a little while to warm up on one morning, but this wasn't a major issue.

I found the staff so nice right from when i arrived! sarah at reception. my partner and i recently got engaged, so she upgraded us. we stayed in a suite and it was very clean and spacious. I couldn't be happier.
the hotel rooms are a bit tired and could use some tlc. i did notice some water lying around in the leisure centre gym and pool area! it needs a decent upgrade to make it shine again.
