The hotel was kept very clean. Staff were always working outdoors, a feature I especially noticed. The team was friendly and informative. The sounds of the wind and subtle waves washing ashore created a beautiful, serene atmosphere (it was very calming).
The room was located across the street from the main amenities. This meant a longer walk to the pool, kayaks, and paddle boards. I found it noisy, as my room faced directly onto US1. There was no parking on my side, so I had to carry everything.

some issues, pricey for what it is

the location was decent, i guess. it's not exactly close to anything, but the view and beach-like appearance with hammocks were acceptable.
Honestly, i was a bit disappointed. the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. the staff wasn't very cute, acting like they were doing me a favor just to check me in. it's pretty pricey for what you get.

The pool near my room was closed. This fact was NOT CLEAR beforehand. It meant I had to walk across a very busy road to reach the main pool. The on-site restaurant had poor quality food (it reminded me of a tv bar).
