i found the location to be quite convenient. the hotel is close to duval street, so walking everywhere was easy. i appreciated the staff storing my luggage before check-in. there were also vending and ice machines available.

my room was not particularly clean. i noticed hair from a previous guest in the bathroom. the breakfast options were limited, and items ran out quickly, even shortly after breakfast service began. the air conditioning unit was quite loud. it was difficult to sleep comfortably with it on.

Decent Location, Some Issues

The location was great. I found the hot tub quite fabulous. The private outside seating area was also a major plus (I made good use of it).

The room was very small. I could hear everything the people next door did and said through a connecting door. This was really annoying. One morning a piece of wood covering an electrical box fell off the wall onto my partner and hurt her legs and back.

Wonderful Last-Minute Find!

After a last-minute cancellation, we booked a guest cottage at the back (it worked out perfectly!). The cottage was ideally equipped for our family. The front desk welcome was warm. It reminded me of home immediately. Its central location means everything is within easy reach. Breakfast included plentiful options. We would highly recommend this venue.

The soundproofing could have been better, as street noise was noticeable at times (light sleepers might want earplugs).

The room included a king-sized bed and a pull-out sofa, comfortably accommodating our family. There was a mini-fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker, convenient for snacks and drinks. The bathroom featured two sinks and a shower with good water pressure.

The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. They also arranged a taxi for our departure.

The location was acceptable as it was close to main attractions.

The room felt quite cramped, and moving around with luggage was DIFFICULT. Breakfast was definitely disappointing. The selection was limited to basic items like muffins and juice, and it lacked variety. The bathroom showed signs of MOLD.
