the staff were lovely and helpful from start to finish they were very accommodating and wanted to make our stay special

ants were in our bed multiple nights which was unacceptable the pool closed at 6 pm so we could only look at it after sightseeing i have never stayed at a hotel where the pool closed so early the banister in our room was also dangerously loose
