the staff was helpful with our luggage both upon arrival and departure i appreciated this assistance a lot. breakfast included a wide array of fresh items this gave a good start to each day i spent there. the location was excellent near shops and restaurants. i found it easy to explore the area.
the air conditioning did not cool as expected despite the advertisement this made the room uncomfortably warm.

The location was quiet (a definite plus). the staff seemed attentive to my needs. the breakfast had multiple choices, and i found it satisfying. i liked that i could reserve the sauna. It added a touch of relaxation to my evenings.
There were occasional waits as my room was on a higher floor. i sometimes had to wait a little longer than expected.

I found the room spacious and beautifully decorated in a french style. i loved opening the windows and listening to the sounds, it felt so authentic. the staff were helpful. They answered my questions and called taxis. the breakfast offered many options, proving to be among the best i have had.
the television in the room did not have wifi, it restricted streaming or watching english programs.
