charming île saint-louis gem
quiet islandappointed roomperfect servicefriendly professionalism
i found the location fantastic for exploring both banks. it was great to come back to the quiet island after a busy day. the rooms were comfortable well appointed and clean. i want to thank dennis and layal for their friendly professionalism their service was perfect.
the elevator stops between floors i had to walk up or down a few steps it was slightly inconvenient with luggage

the manager answered all my questions. denis was helpful and kind. everything was in good condition and clean. the hotel is decorated in quiet soothing good taste.

the room i booked felt smaller than expected, despite being advertised as a 'beautiful double or twin room'. i struggled with suitcase space. also, the elevator did not go directly to each floor. i had to walk a few steps up or down each time, quite inconvenient with luggage.

The room was small (that's typical for the area, i know). The elevator situation was not ideal. It stops between floors. I had to carry my luggage up or down a few steps, which i did not like. The breakfast staff seemed UNFRIENDLY. At least a simple greeting would have been nice.

The staff was so helpful with directions and recommendations. I discovered the best little bakery just around the corner! the room was surprisingly spacious (it was a real plus) and included a mini-fridge, perfect for keeping my drinks cold. i really liked the 24-hour reception. It gave me peace of mind knowing someone was always there.
the elevator was a bit small (but manageable).
