The room service was below par. my request for extra towels was ignored, and the minibar wasn't restocked during my entire stay. the cleanliness in the bathroom left much to be desired. I noticed mold in the shower area, and the floor hadn't been properly cleaned upon arrival.

we found the location very accessible. it was a short walk to the nearest metro station. the kitchen inside our room was helpful, and we liked that. the staff were kind.

the cleanliness of our room was lacking. i found mold on the shower caulking! the room was too hot. the ac was not working.
