Riverside Paradise, A Charmed Stay!

The staff was AMAZING! The welcome sign with guest names added a personal touch. The pools had enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The location is perfect for sightseeing. They arranged a motorbike at an very nice value!
The room lacked a refrigerator, slightly inconvenient, yet I managed with a tour cooler and ice.

The grounds feature boardwalks and river activities. A lily pond has a Monet bridge. They even have their own monkey island. Seeing the monkeys at feeding time was a treat!

The staff members always greeted guests by name. They were super helpful in arranging transport. I got a welcome drink and towel upon arrival. I really appreciated such a warm welcome!

The room was spacious and included pool towels. There were plenty of towels available. I loved the good size of the rooms and the comfort they offered. This was perfect!

i really enjoyed the resort's tranquil setting and friendly team. the reception staff assisted me with local transport options. the on-site restaurant offered a menu with varied choices. i particularly appreciated the hazelnut latte i had each morning.

the reception offered warm welcomes and genuine friendliness. the staff seemed like family as they treated every guest. they provided assistance with transport including bike hire! and laundry services.

The resort includes two swimming pools. One specifically for premier guests. firefly watching trips are included in the stay. there is also opportunity to rent a motorbike to explore the surrounding island.

The restaurant offers many food choices including vegan options! and everything is at a good price. breakfast had an excellent choice. the restaurant staff were generally friendly. they were not always attentive.

The premier room was clean. Spacious and comfortable. the bathroom was clean. Which i found most important. the villa overlooked the river and provided a very nice view to see.
