Mixed experience. Some issues need attention
inadequate air conditioning frayed towels
The air conditioning in the bungalow struggled to cool the entire space. The upper level remained quite warm. ToWELS was frayed. Some were showing significant wear. The island hopping tour booked through the hotel lacked detailed information and felt disorganized. The staff member seemed disinterested, I felt they were uninterested that day.

bathroom flooding inconvenient kettle
The bathroom wasn't ideal. Water easily flooded into the toilet area after showers. there were no holders for shampoo or soap, so i had to place them on the floor. also, the kettle was on a table far from an outlet.. i had to move it near the bed to plug it in.

Acceptable stay with a notable issue
The defective AC could not cool the room. It was insufficient for the big room. The staff did not offer a room transfer. I had to request an extra electric fan because it was too hot.

a fantastic stay
free shuttle friendly staff relaxing atmosphere fine swimming pools
the resort offers a free shuttle to alona beach, a great benefit. the staff members are very friendly and eager to assist with any needs. i found the overall atmosphere to be very relaxing and cute after busy days. the two swimming pools are really fine and well-kept.
i noticed the room lighting was slightly dim at times , which could be improved.

the dining area offers various options , and the food i tasted was delicious with fair prices. i noticed that they can deliver food directly to your room, very convenient. breakfast options seemed quite adequate.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to alona beach, beneficial for accessing various activities and dining options. the rooms are indeed comfortable. The pool became a favorite spot. the staff proved helpful in organizing shuttles and answering any inquiries (always with a smile).

limited storage weak air conditioning
the free shuttle to alona was helpful. it ran regularly.
the room was smaller than expected and lacked storage space. there was no wardrobe, so we lived out of our suitcases. the air conditioning was also quite weak, struggling to cool the room effectively. it made sleeping difficult at times (especially during the day).
