I found the location to be excellent. The view of the lake from my room was fantastic and provided a serene backdrop. The staff assisted with printing boarding passes and arranging a taxi to Lake Como, a real convenience. I found the restaurant on site to be a bonus .
I observed that the hallways could use additional lighting and some art pieces to enhance the ambiance.

Romantic hideaway with fine lake view
amazing locationlakefront terracemany steps
the hotel location was amazing, close to the lake. i remember fondly the view from the bedroom, with its fine lakefront terrace. the restaurant food was also excellent, even better than la punta. i was able to relax and connect with my loved one.
the steps to climb up with luggage were difficult. i wasn't aware there were so many steps. it was difficult to find a taxi.

the room was bright and clean with good furnishing. the former monastery building has big rooms and charm. i found the view from the room lovely and the bed comfy. pillows offer nice comfort.
