the breakfast was very good with many choices. the staff was helpful with directions and ferry information, i was grateful.
The room was quite small. I found it surprising. the noise from other rooms was noticeable too.

The hotel location is prime. i enjoyed being a stone's throw from the ferry port. it made arrival simple. the receptionists gave great help. They aided with travel suggestions. breakfast started the day well. it was amazing
The hotel acted a bit like separate profit centers. it meant paying separate bills all the time. this became mildly annoying.

It services ALL the bedroom levels. This made accessing my room quick and convenient with luggage. i did not have to worry about stairs.

Lake view room was lovely!

The ferry stop is very close to the hotel. Our lake view room included french doors. These opened onto a terrace where i sat in the evening. i watched the sunset while enjoying an aperitif. Staff offered suggestions for local sights and restaurants.
The lighting in the bedroom was TOO bright.
