the kitchenette included a microwave and fridge. i appreciated the cutlery provided in the room. the new carpet was clean, as were the freshly painted walls (it felt very fresh).

the room had a fridge. conditions to heat food in the microwave were available. i found facilities to wash dishes and make coffee. the size of the room was so spacious.

the price felt a bit high considering other options.

The shared kitchenette had a microwave and a kettle. cereal and milk were provided for breakfast. I liked that. i found the location was near the train and bus stations. communication with the host was fast and helpful.

the parking area behind the building was full, though i eventually found street parking.

the location is excellent. i found a well-stocked kitchenette just outside the door. off-street parking was also easily available.

there was a slight cigarette smell in the foyer as you walked in.

The room WAS spacious, and the bed was comfortable. A shared kitchen provided boiling water, a microwave, tea, coffee, and milk. I also used the washing facilities in the shared kitchen.

The online information said parking was available, but this was not the case. A VERY strong cigarette smell filled the foyer. This made a poor first impression.
