high standardexcellent food
the bedroom was furnished and cleaned to a high standard. food at breakfast was really good. i definitely return.
i arrived early and there were a few leaks from roof.

stale croissantsmissing breakfast
i had some issues with breakfast. i paid for breakfast for three nights. on arrival i was told a cooked breakfast required advance notice and would cost extra it also wouldn't be available before 10:00. instead a 'continental' breakfast would be in the kitchenette. the first morning there was no breakfast at all. the second morning had stale croissants and a babybel. the third morning again no breakfast was present.

the bar had a nice atmosphere.
the breakfast situation was confusing. i paid in advance for breakfast, but i was told cooked breakfast needed to be arranged the evening before and would cost extra. the provided continental breakfast was just croissants left out overnight. there was no coffee for the coffee machine.

The room was clean and modern. It had a good en-suite. The bar was really nice with a great atmosphere. The hotel has a good garden area and plenty of parking.
The breakfast situation was not clear at check-in.
