Natasha and Ryan were excellent front office staff! They were polite, kind, and very hard workers. Their helpfulness, as they addressed every request with a smile and dedication.

the staff member was excellent. the room was very clean and tidy. (i really appreciated that!) the location was close to everything. parking was easy and close to town.
I didn't like that i couldn't close the bedroom window as it was faulty. the noise of the washing machine or dryers was disturbing. i also noticed noise coming from the next-door bedroom because of a loud tv. Walls need to be altered with deafening material.

The room had a shower and a sink. A shared toilet was available and clean. Breakfast included cereal and toast. The location was close to the city center.
The window DIDN'T close properly. I could hear the washing machine. The TV next door was loud so I heard noise through the walls.

the staff was very kind and helpful . my room had both tea and coffee facilities. fresh towels! it was close to many shops and restaurants in the city center, so getting around was easy and convenient, i paid £5 a day for the private parking.
The kettle shelf in my room was a bit high on the wall. It was somewhat difficult to reach. i think lowering it a little would be really helpful.
