The hotel is well maintained. I found the pathways nicely lighted to each bungalow. The formal restaurant had many options with both outdoor and indoor seating. The volcano view was really nice from there.
The front desk staff was not cute. They failed to tell us about some important elements of the hotel rules. We had to ask to get our coffee topped up (it seemed like a chore for them).
