the setting for breakfast was adorable. i especially adored watching the cloud forest from the balcony, it seemed magical. the morning tour at savia was wonderful, i learned so much about the cloud forest and its canopy. the guide and climbing team were very first class, the rappelling was such an adventure for me.

the food were mostly bad, i ate twice in the dining room and the taste wasn't good. all my other hotels have excellent food, there's no excuse. i think that this is an expensive hotel and should give better service.

The staff were friendly and cute upon arrival.

My room was not as clean as I expect. There were visible stains in the bathroom and the floor was quite dusty. I did not find this level of upkeep acceptable for the price.
