A reasonable stay
helpful staff good food variety amazing garden outdated room high price poor soundproofing
My balcony faced the AMAZING garden. The staff was very helpful. They arranged my tours quickly. Breakfast offered a good variety of food.
The room felt a little outdated. Soundproofing was not GREAT. I could hear noises from other rooms. The minibar prices seemed high.

comfortable beds maintained grounds excellent location
i stayed in a luna superior room it had comfortable beds the room had a balcony overlooking the grounds the breakfast buffet was substantial i noticed many options. the grounds are well maintained there is a pool area with several hot tubs. i found the location excellent it was close to the waterfall entrance.
the tv in the room was a bit difficult to configure it only had local channels.

awful wifi room bugs
the swimming pool area was OKAY. staff was responsible and helpful.
my one huge complaint, is a lack of wifi in a rooms. It was awful. Service was better in a dining area and reception only. be aware for bugs in a room since it's a jungle.

The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast buffet. There were clean rooms available. The pools was NICE. The hotel was also close to major attractions.
I found the wifi unreliable. It often went in and out of service. There was zero storage space in the room. It lacked drawers or hanging SPACE. The shower did not easily get water to the TOP.

sloth hotel clean room amazing food annoying shower missing refill zero storage
the grounds caretaker pointed out a sloth on the hotel. the room was very clean. the food at the restaurant was amazing!!!
the shower was annoying to get the water to the top. shampoo and conditioner were not refilled daily. there was zero storage space for clothes, like no drawers.
