The staff was VERY nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the towels were changed daily. This was a great service. It is centrally located within walking distance to amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety. That was delicious!!!
The pool is not directly part of the hotel. It is in a separate building.

Our room included a TV, minibar, and a kettle with tea and coffee. The bathroom was spacious and very comfortable. Daily cleaning is available upon request and the room was very clean.

The staff were great. They ensured all guests felt at home. The reception staff were very kind, as were the other workers. The lift's smooth and quiet operation offered reassurance and was very comfortable.

The rooms were clean. I found that very important. The staff was polite, and they seemed dedicated to their roles. The location proved excellent. EVERYTHING was within easy walking distance. Breakfast was satisfactory (i loved the fresh fruit!) and included multiple options to suit different tastes.

The room I got was not good at all. the window faced some pipes. No natural light came IN. the room smelled very bad. It was also damp. this.

the location is central with easy access to many places. bus stops are close to the hotel. restaurants are also within reach. the rooms are soundproof so i did not hear outside noise after closing the doors.
the hotel was difficult to find at first because the street presence is only a sliding glass door with an elevator.
