Romantic Getaway, A Good Experience
comfortable beds ample parking sincere kindness
The beds were comfortable. My partner and I slept soundly each night. I loved the ample parking, it made arrivals and departures stress-free. The staff showed sincere kindness and attentiveness , always eager to help.
The initial interaction with the receptionist lacked warmth. A friendlier welcome would have enhanced the first impression. A smile makes such a difference.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provides free parking, very convenient with cars. There is also an easily accessible elevator for upper floors and luggage transport. The rooms have climate control, which allowed us to set a perfect temperature.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast had generous portions of food. The restaurant proposed colouring material for the kids. We had dinner at the hotel, and it was very good, especially the fresh ingredients used in each meal.
Location
9/10
The location provided good access to local amenities. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and activities. Everything was within a short drive from the hotel.
Service
10/10
The staff showed really good service throughout our stay. I was very grateful for the care the staff provided to the community. They provided prompt assistance and were always ready to assist with a smile.

underwhelming experience
limited space dated room
the breakfast was satisfactory with sufficient options.
parking proved difficult, requiring use of an adjacent lot due to limited space.. the room felt dated and small. the view overlooked the parking lot, a less than ideal aspect.
