the breakfast service included table service which i really liked. staff made a vegan breakfast for me and it was really good. every staff member i met was friendly. i found the electronic entry to the room very useful.
I noticed the noise from other rooms, water running and so on. It wasn't very relaxing.

The beds were comfortable. My partner and I slept soundly each night. I loved the ample parking, it made arrivals and departures stress-free. The staff showed sincere kindness and attentiveness , always eager to help.
The initial interaction with the receptionist lacked warmth. A friendlier welcome would have enhanced the first impression. A smile makes such a difference.

The hotel provides free parking, very convenient with cars. There is also an easily accessible elevator for upper floors and luggage transport. The rooms have climate control, which allowed us to set a perfect temperature.

The breakfast had generous portions of food. The restaurant proposed colouring material for the kids. We had dinner at the hotel, and it was very good, especially the fresh ingredients used in each meal.

i had breakfast there twice. it WAS good. the staff provided generous portions at dinner. the parking situation made access easy.
the receptionist i met wasn't very nice. she GAVE out about the check-in time. i asked for a specific drink at the bar but they kept giving me the wrong one.
