great location room safe generous breakfast

the location is superb, offering great access to transport. i particularly appreciated that the room featured a safe. the breakfast was very generous and of good quality, i found it very nice.

helpful staff stylish decor misleading picture absent garden

the staff was great. kubran and yashim were especially helpful with transport information. the train ride was easy. the entire decor was stylish. the cleanliness was excellent.

the photos looked nothing like the actual space advertised. there was no rooftop restaurant or pool as shown. my room looked totally different. i booked a garden view, but there was no garden view.

a romantic getaway by the bosphorus

helpful staff lovely view great location

the staff were so kind. they helped us with our luggage upon arrival! the room was lovely with views of the water, we reminded me of we were in a dream. i also really liked the location! it was easy to walk to many places!

the many stairs leading to the hotel were a bit hard! it was quite a climb after a long day exploring.

the hotel offers a transfer service from the airport though i did not use it. the reception area provided a calm welcome with comfortable seating. a small elevator is available to easily reach upper floors.

helpful staff lovely breakfast difficult entrance controlled air

i was happy with how helpful the staff were they gave perfect directions. the breakfast area was lovely the view over the bosphorus touched my heart.

i found the entrance difficult to reach from the road there were many steps to climb. the air conditioning felt centrally controlled i could not adjust it to my liking.

amazing view airport transport authentic location complimentary coffee

The bosphorus view from my room was amazing. I seemed like i was in a dream. the staff arranged transport from the airport. I appreciated their consideration after i landed. the hotel's location is very authentic. Taksim square and galata tower are close. i received free coffee at the bar. It felt very cute.

the noise from a nearby restaurant was slightly audible at night. i would have preferred it to be quieter for a restful sleep.
