The staff was AMAZING. Every person I met went out of their way to be friendly, kind, and helpful. The decor was delicious, quirky but functional. Lovely light, open spaces contrasted with cozy corners. The central staircase was wonderful. Inspiring quotes were on every step.
The tv was way too far away, and it was VERY small, so I couldn't see it properly in bed. there was only one socket beside it. I felt the room was a bit outdated. The only thing modern was the bathroom. It was uncomfortable and not very professional.

The breakfast selection had a NICE variety of options. Staff members like Áine and Karen were friendly and helpful , particularly in the restaurant and breakfast area.
I found the pillows UNCOMFORTABLE , and the room lacked both a fridge and net curtains. I did not feel it was great value for money , and I left with the impression that the hotel might be somewhat overrated.
