Really good B&B Experience!

charming hostess comfy bed spacious room
Breakfast had lovely hot food. The hostess had a charming personality. The bed felt very comfortable. I loved how friendly and helpful everyone was, I even left my car there while I walked to town after checking out. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfy. The room was spacious, as was the en-suite.
The room was a bit tired. It reminded me of it needed some TLC, particularly the bathroom.

Really good B&B Experience!

fresh options tea selection on-site parking
The breakfast had freshly cooked options. I appreciated the Yorkshire tea selection available on the refreshment tray. On-site parking. The location made it easy to access shops, pubs, restaurants, and the steam train.
The Holkham room looked a bit worn. The bathroom needed some TLC, especially the shower. I expected a shower cubicle, but there was only a shower over the bath. It would be nice with some bathrobes.
Location
9/10
The location offered convenient access to various amenities. Shops, pubs, and restaurants were all within easy walking distance. The proximity to the steam train was a definite bonus for exploring the area.
Dining
10/10
Breakfast included a selection of freshly cooked dishes that were made to order. I found the variety on the menu quite satisfying. The quality of the ingredients stood out during breakfast.
Facilities
9/10
The B&B offered ample parking on the premises. This was a significant advantage, particularly since the area has limited parking. The inclusion of a refreshment tray in the room was a nice touch.
