I appreciate the staff's accommodation regarding early check-in and late check-out. They were friendly and present when I needed help. The location offers quick access to tram and metro lines. These lines facilitate travel to the city center, really helpful.
Hallways seemed a bit maze-like. One evening a person tried entering my room by mistake.

the location is convenient , close to a tram line. the staff were helpful with directions. i found the room to be clean and the bed was comfortable.
my room was on the backside , and the door did not feel secure. there was no way to properly lock it on the small balcony , which is shared. i could hear noises from other guests in the hallway.
