A stay with some issues

The location is amazing. The historic part of the country is easily accessible. The outdoor pool offered a break from the heat. The hotel is close to the Alcazar and the cathedral.
I found some inconsistencies. I noticed a lack of turndown service on some nights. Some staff were more helpful than others. Used coffee cups were not replaced in my room , neither was the bottled water.

the patio area is well kept. the breakfast includes tasty options. the pool is perfect to escape the warm weather. i found the staff helpful , a benefit i appreciated.
the gym seemed small and not up to my expectations.

this hotel is located in the heart of the historic area. walkable access to many attractions exists. the hotel is ideal for a short trip because all facilities are good. it is one of the area's landmarks.

The hotel had drinks and food available in the lobby. The atmosphere felt wonderful, and the food was delicious. Pillar, a member of the team, proved friendly and cute, really making my visit nice. I very much appreciated that personal touch.
The service at the pool bar was sometimes a bit slow. Only one person was serving guests.
