excellent stay at this historic building
sparkling winefood varietytight parking
the staff were warm and approachable. i received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, a greatly appreciated gesture after a long day trip. buffet breakfast offered good food variety and was well stocked.
the public parking was quite tight and difficult to enter. my car was scratched while parked there.

excellent welcomeinsufficient natural lightmosquito nuisance
The welcome staff were excellent I found their service quite commendable. The building's history is apparent and makes for a peaceful setting.
My room lacked sufficient natural light it was too dark for my liking. The lack of an air conditioning option during the winter months was also problematic I found the temperature difficult to regulate. Mosquitoes were a nuisance as well they impacted my overall comfort.

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff were really good and were pretty good too ensure I had everything I needed. They surprised me with a bottle of champagne in my room. This was very thoughtful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and just perfect.

I found the reception staff very knowledgeable about the city and helpful with directions. The location near the market made it easy to find local food. The hotel has a lovely courtyard in the middle, a nice place to relax. The hotel provided bathroom amenities and water, refilled daily.
I found that there were no drawers in the room, so unpacking completely was difficult.
