I really loved the breakfasts and snacks available! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The Level room with the whirlpool was superb. We will be back again soon!
I found that the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Also the room service was quite slow, I waited over an hour for cold, soggy food.

i found the hotel's location really convenient, a short walk to plaza de españa, and i could easily reach the city center. the air conditioning throughout the entire hotel was a lifesaver, especially with the high temperatures. the breakfast was excellent, with an very nice variety of options available each morning. i particularly appreciated the excellent food and service at the restaurant, especially from estrella and manuel.

the rooftop pool area offered an very nice experience, it provided a space to relax and enjoy the weather. there were many quiet spaces available for remote work with convenient access to plugs. the hotel includes a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use.

My room was spacious, modern, and clean. It also included comfortable beds. the room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the minibar was very well-stocked and offered a complete and varied selection of items for purchase.

the staff throughout the entire hotel were superb, they offered assistance and friendly service. estrella at the front desk was very helpful, assisting me with my itinerary. jose and nicole at the quimera restaurant provided excellent service.

the hotel offers a convenient walk to the city center, past plaza de españa and other sights. there's a tapas bar located just up the street from the hotel. a cafe bar is almost next door, many locals go there for breakfast.

the location was acceptable because it allowed for easy access to several key attractions.
the room i received did not align with the photographs presented online. the discrepancy was disappointing, and the lack of promised amenities was clear. furthermore, the walk from the reception to the room was excessively long, and the view consisted of just another apartment building.
